Welcome to Windys first ever public BLOG

Morning everyone,

And a very warm welcome to you all, and to my first ever PUBLIC BLOG !!

Some of you may already have read previous BLOG's but they were limited to my App users only, which has unfortunately folded as far as I'm aware.

So what I'll do, is use this BLOG for all my weather and road reports as per my Facebook page for those of you not on social media. And I'll also use it for other stuff happening in the life of Windy Wilson - like my Diabetes, or my Charity work or relevant family stuff that me, Gusty and wee Windy are up to. This way you can filter out what you want to read or not. At the end of the day it's your choice what you read, not mine !!

First things first though just so we all know where we stand - I'm not an English scholar, so couldn't really give a fuk about spelling, grammar and punctuation. However I will try my best at all times but please don't try and correct me if you see a mistake because I'm not interested.

And for the record I'm also NOT a meteorologist. I'm just a plain old WEATHERMAN there is a difference - Many people assume that meteorologists and weathermen are two sides of the same coin, not necessarily true. Both occupations involve reporting on, and predicting weather patterns, but a meteorologist is a scientist with a degree related to atmospheric science or meteorology, a weatherman is just an 'anchor'

I have never once stated that I was a meteorologist. All I do is forecast the weather. All the information I receive is in the public domain and visible for you all to see. I just seem to have a canny knack of interpreting it differently - and normally always correctly !!

And lastly, before we get going. Please remember I only do this as a HOBBY and in my OWN FREE TIME . . . . I don't get paid for this, and I certainly don't have to put up with any shit ok.

Don't get confused between my personality and my attitude. My personality is who I am, my attitude depends on who you are - SO BE NICE !!
